Once molding enough chakra in the hand, a swift punch will be sent towards the target(s), and this much will discharge a focused blast of chakra that pushed the water vapor in the air. This mass of vapor will surge through the target(s) vessel, and cause dramatics internal pain from the immense vibration of fluids within their vessel. Since water vapor is fully capable of passing through the skin, by having highly energized vapor that's vibrating at immense speed enter another vessel, this will result passing that energy into the fluids of the antagonist body, and thus lead to the tear of their organs; possibly creating internal bleed, fractures, and concoction.
