King Percival can be found in Edgeville. When using the "talk to" option when right-clicking it, you go straight to their shop. King Percival mainly sells donator items. You can only buy items from the shop with Donator Points. You can trade items from the shop back to King Percival for a lower price except Legendary Tickets.
