The Eon Project was started in 2085 by Barc Johnsson. The goal of this project was to capture one or both of the Eon Duo once and for all, which had been evading capture for decades, and study it's peculiar energy. The Eon Project, having been suggested by Michael Mastre himself, has constantly had a very large staff, never dipping below 150, and constantly ending up much larger. Also because it was such a major Form Center project, it had a massive funding of 1,650,000. Once the first of the duo was captured in 2086, Latias, it used the Eon energy to modify pokemon. Latias escaped the next year, but the modifications continued because the data amassed in 2086 was enough for the project to go on.
