No, Aizen was temporarily sealed. He was removed from Urahara's (or it wore off, we don't know) and tried before the Central 46 - where he was clearly not inside that seal. He was restrained but not in the seal. He was sentenced to 20,000 years in the Muken prison, but there is no indication that he was placed in a seal again. On top of that, their is zero evidence that Orihime's and Sado's powers will disappear if the Hogyoku is sealed or destroyed.
