The Carlson's Raiders or the 2nd Marine Raider Battalion was a group of Marine Raiders in World War II. The reason it was named Carlson's Raiders was because Evan Carlson was put in charge of the team. Then, he named it Carlson's raiders. He had two three man teams one soldier carries a BAR, a Thompson or a M1 Rifle. He also had some ten, eight and five man teams.
