The Battle of Melida/Daan was fought between the Reavers and the Jedi in the Melida/Daan Jedi Academy—which had been created to help resolve the differences experienced on the world. The Jedi were defeated and were captured by the Reavers. The Reavers intended to make them a sacrifice, but they were saved by Nathaniel Kenobi Solo, Daniell Kenobi Solo, and Micale Kenobi Solo.
