Demián Rendón was a Starfleet officer in the early 24th century. He served as commanding officer of the USS Enterprise-B during a period of months in 2303 while Captain John Harriman and Lieutenant Commander Demora Sulu undertook a covert mission for Starfleet Intelligence deep within the Romulan Star Empire. Prior to this mission, Captain Rendón commanded the Excelsior-class starship USS Concordia, and during an extensive refit of his own vessel at Starbase 23, Rendón was assigned command of the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-B) for the duration of Harriman and Sulu's secret mission.
