Wis Sur is a shortsighted gargoyle mage living in the town of Vesper. Not much is actually known about him; although, he seemed short tempered. When he was encountered in Ultima VII, he had, like all mages, lost his mind to the disrupted ether, although he was still selling magical merchandise. After the destruction of the Tetrahedron Generator, it became much easier to trade with him.
