Rei Izumi(依澄れいIzumi Rei, born April 12) is a female Japanese manga artist. She is well-known for being the artist to the manga .hack//Legend of the Twilight, and Hibiki's Magic. She is also notable for being the character designer for the visual novel True Tears.
