Peter Harrell, Sr. was a fictional character on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital. He was the father of the late, Peter Harrell, Jr. and the ex-fiancé of Felicia Cummings. He was portrayed by Judson Scott from 1984 to 1985. The character returned to the series on September 12, 2014, portrayed by David Gautreaux.
