Shawn Wayans is an American actor, writer, comedian and producer best known for "In Living Color" and the "Scary Movie" franchise. He was born on January 19, 1971 in New York City, New York. He starred on the sketch comedy series In Living Colour and the WB sitcom The Wayans Bros. Wayans is a member of the Wayans acting family, which consists of his siblings Keenen, Damon, Marlon, Kim and Nadia Wayans. Along with his brother Marlon, he helped write the first two Scary Movie films.
