The Cull Charge is a piece of equipment created by the Proxima. It has a simple deployment; when deployed, the Charge builds up extremely lethal mixes of energy and radiation, and then explodes, killing all in an approximately 20-foot radius around the Charge. The Proxima are extremely secretive, thus not much else is known about the device at this time.
