The Ministry of Defense (Dundorfian: Ministerium für Verteidigung, Lorman: Ministērijan stēisan ginījas) is the the top-level Federal branch of the Government of Dorvik which is responsible for the administrative and operational leadership of the Armed Forces of Dorvik. The Minister of Defense is appointed by the President of the Dorvish Federation and confirmed by the Federal Assembly of the Dorvish Federation, the Minister of Defense is then charged with appointing their executive officials. The current Minister of Defense is Colonel-General Konstantin Rudat of the Dorvish Army, he formerly served as Inspector of the Dorvish Army.
