Super Robot Wars Gaiden (subtitled as Masou Kishin: The Lord of Elemental) is a side-story game and the last to be made for Super Famicom. It is the first game to lack any licensed characters, predating even Super Robot Wars Original Generation. It is the first Super Robot Wars to feature mecha drawn to scale as opposed to the the Super-Deformed formula.
