Jacob Thorn was not force sensitive. He was a highly decorated Arkanian Master Scholar and Scientist amoung his people. He had strong feelings about controvsal matters with the Arkanian Dominion and how they some times treated their test subjects. However he did not join the efforts against them but desided to try to change some ways from with in.
