Developed by Reng Kasr, Skra is the name given to a form of mental training that vastly restructures how normal thought processes work and allows one to have absolute control of their mind. This discipline, as Kasr often puts it, allows one to decide what they will think instead of having thoughts pop up randomly in their head. Like Rask, Skra was named by using an anagram of Kasr's last name. Mastering Skra takes years of meditation and training and must be practiced everyday for it to stay effective.
