In the mirror universe, the Raknal Accords was an interstellar treaty which banned the use of trilithium explosives to detonate stars. It was signed in the Raknal system during the mid 24th century. The parties to the Accords included the Klingon Empire, the Cardassian Union, the Gorn Hegemony, Tholian Assembly and the Breen Confederacy. At the time, K'mpec was serving as the Regent of the Klingon Empire.
