He's Quagmire is the theme song for the character of Glenn Quagmire. It was first heard in "Breaking Out is Hard to Do". It was again used on the DVD version of "Airport '07". It was referenced in "April in Quahog", after Quagmire has sex with Bonnie, Joe just shrugs his shoulders and says, "Who else but Quagmire?" It was also referenced in "Hot Pocket-Dial" when Quagmire had left the friend circle, Peter tried to replace him by making a sexual joke and saying "Who else but Peter?"
