Until Helots began arriving was Ivanna uninhabited if it had obviously worth a primitive Mayan civilization at once. About 40 years ago the first refugee Helots from Aegis came here through the Stargate. Since then, regular new influx of Helots've always come through the open arms of his fellows, welcome them to freedom in this new country.
