Xaelan Kakureta (Xaeran Kakureta 隠れた ザイ蘭) is a criminal with a list of crimes that he may or may not have committed, as nobody has any guarantee of anything besides his name. He leads Criminal Parade, a group of individuals with criminal backgrounds. Most information about him is either false, or very loosely based, as it has been made clear he has no intention of ever revealing himself, and instead sends out body doubles to do things for him. Several rumours about him seem to connect, but information about him comes at a very high price, one few can afford.
