It is part of a series of paragon paths that are suitable against dragons, but are hindered outside of those specialized enemies.[Dr369:47] In context of dragons, this paragon path is considered good. However, it is weak in the general, as only 2 of the 6 powers are significantly useful on non-dragons. It is available to clerics but has no other prerequisite.
