Martina Laird (born 1971 in Port of Spain, Trinidad) appeared on Coronation Street as Colette Hankinson, the solicitor who represented Eileen Grimshaw when she was arrested for fraud in February 2011. Martina was in her twenties when the Lairds sent their daughter to the Webber Douglas Academy where she completed her classical theatre training. Her other credits include roles in The Governor, Dangerfield, Peak Practice, Jonathan Creek, The Bill, A Touch of Frost, Casualty @ Holby City, Shameless, Doctors and The Dumping Ground.
