Stand-Off Between the NCIS Team and Spencer Hanlon is an incident that occurred in April 2014 and which saw NCIS Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Dwayne Cassius Pride engage in a stand-off against Spencer Hanlon, the Privileged Killer. The stand-off ended with Gibbs and Pride shooting Hanlon dead when Hanlon attempted to kill Petty Officer Carla Meade.
