Marka Ragnos was the Dark Lord of the Sith shortly before the Great Hyperspace War. During his century-long reign, he created the process for creating Sith Battle Lords, a process that was later restarted by Darth Apocalus during the Great Territorial War. The experiments were later perfected by Carden Mannux when he created the Dark Guardians of Lettow during the Great Sovereign Crusades.
