The Lucky Scratch game is host to a number of different types of items. The items that were released through Scratch were reoccurring until the Cosmic Witch scratch card when it was decided only items that were of legendary rarity would return while all others would be exclusive. Previous scratch items before this change would be released one more time before not returning again.
