T'Ramir was a female Vulcan in the 22nd, 23rd and 24th centuries. She had been recognized since 2169 as the primary specialist on matters relating to the Zalkat Union. In 2266, she traveled to the Rector Institute on Earth in order to study the Malkus Artifact that had been recently discovered on planet Alpha Proxima II.
