Skaar Kaan was a Trandoshan who lived during the Clone Wars. He was an admiral in the Republic Navy, replacing the admiral known as Shaaksil. After Shaaksil retired as an admiral, Kaan became his replacement and was stationed in the ship known as the Hub, with the Jedi General known as Vinpo Pocam.
