Vice Shout is technique used by Super Buu and Gotenks in Dragon Ball Z. Vice Shout is when a user screams to the top of his/her lungs with all the might and power they can muster, causing a rip in dimensions, opening a whole to another dimension. Gotenks and Super Buu used this technique to escape the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
