Yuranovich was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the People's Navy. Holding the rank of Commodore, he was in command of two divisions of battlecruisers charged with conducting a sneak attack on the Royal Manticoran Navy heavy cruiser HMS Star Knight in the Poicters System. Yuranovich was successful, even though two of his ships, PNS Barbarossa and PNS Sinjar, were heavily damaged. (HH3)
