The Experimental Command is a set of specially assigned soldiers that are in training for the ICS Army. ExCom is made entirely of genetically modified soldiers that receive GenMods as early fetuses. The soldiers are given three GenMods. They are all the same height, totally loyal to the ICS, and they are given the same base musculature. These soldiers are not put in with other enlisted soldiers as the complete psycoanalysis evaluations are not finished. Just before the Third Galactic War several ExCom elites were moved to SenSec to flesh out the force.
