The Iccobar are a highly advanced race of parasitic creatures from the Holocovia system in the Azure Nebula. They are currently hostile to the United Federation of Planets after the crew of the USS Sovereign ended their Suspended animation forced upon them by the ancient Iconians a few thousand years ago.
