King of the Fire Festival is an achievement awarded for completing the quest A Thief's Reward, which is offered once a character has completed all four "Stealing 's Flame" quests. Since A Thief's Reward is immediately available to players who have completed the flame stealing quests in previous years, a player who did so before the release of Wrath of the Lich King will be able to quickly earn this achievement without re-visiting the enemy capitals.
