Mrs. Rivers is the mother of Clear Rivers. One day, when her husband went to buy cigarettes he was murdered. According to Clear, "life became shit after that" and her mother married "this asshole across the street", with neither of them wanting to care for Clear. Mrs. Rivers had no real connection to her daughter, and what happened to her after Clear's death and her current whereabouts and status is unknown.
