Utgraad is the largest settlement on the island of Noraem , its located on the Frystahamn is largely station as being the agriculture and political capital of the country, its twinned with the city of Víðarr which is located on the western shore of Noraem and is the port city of the country during Noraems harsh winters. Its also a holy site to the Atgraad faith.
