This necklace can be a decent upgrade for tanks, Warlocks, or anyone that needs a Stamina boost and hasn't upgraded their neck slot in a while. With Patch 2.3, this item was changed to be more useful for healing classes but because of the +damage and high stamina, is very effective for protection spec'd paladins.
