Mario Bros. is a 2001 American Fantasy film produced by Nintendo Docs. This movie was released on July 6, 2001, near the 20th anniversary of the release of Donkey Kong, and the first game to feature an appearance of Mario. This movie is mainly set in the Mushroom Kingdom (although some of the movie is set in Brooklyn) and tells the story of Mario and Luigi before their adventures in the Mushroom Kingdom.
