The mantle of lordly command is a magical cloak first created by the mages of the ancient Thassilonian realm of Cyrusian. It is made of gold and silver cloth and decorated with numerous gems which seem to change in type and cut at each viewing. The enchantment makes the wearer always appear to be well-groomed, uninjured, and calm, greatly increasing his or her ability to influence others. Once a day the user can yell a single word which damages and deafens anyone or anything in its path, and which can be heard hundreds of feet away. If one of five command words are spoken (approach, drop, fall, flee, halt), all those weak-willed within 25 feet, will attempt to obey. This ability duplicates that of a command spell.
