Scimitar Squadron was a squadron in the New Galactic Empire's Imperial Armada. They utilized TIE/D Defenders in battle, and were one of the most elite squadrons in the Armada. They often fought alongside the 181st Imperial Fighter Wing and the 187th Squadron. They fought in the Fourth Yuuzhan Vong Invasion.
