Numbuh Eleventy Billion is a fictional persona of Codename: Kids Next Door creator Mr. Warburton, much like Nogoodnik. He is seen as a background character in numerous episodes, including Operation: Z.E.R.O. and Operation: A.M.I.S.H.. The nonexistent number of "Eleventy Billion" itself is also a running gag in the series, and presumably an in-joke of Warburton. * If "Numbuh Eleventy Billion" is put onto the Rainbow Monkey Website it comes back as "Temporarily Recommisioned."
