Neurian Medallions are worn by Neurian Maidens. They are often given to the wives of the men Neurian Maidens steal away. Iole's mother had a dream about her daughter wearing one and so placed her daughter into training to become a Neurian Maiden. Iole later gave her medallion to Deianeira when she intended to steal Hercules. An Old Woman showed Deianeira a Neurian Medallion that had been given to her by the maiden who stole her husband.
