Restock is a special tool that toons use in cog battles. It is currently available from VP SOS Toons and Restock Unites. It refills a toon's gags to the max that they can carry, starting from level 6 gags and going down. (There is no restock tool that gives Level 7 Gags.) It usually fills a toon's gags of a certain track, but there are a couple that will restock starting at the strongest gags for every one of a toon's tracks.
