Operation Rainbird was a mission in 2027 established by Belltower Associates to send in Strike Team 6 to swiftly raid enemy forces in Australia. While the mission was "entirely safe" (ironic considering it was taking place in a war zone), it was halted when an enemy drone destroyed the plane and its personnel, with (supposedly) the exception of Ben Saxon.
