Stand-Off Between the NCIS Team, Derrick Paulson and Mickey Stokes is an incident that occurred in September 2006 in which the NCIS team of NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo, NCIS/Mossad Liaison Officer Ziva David and retired NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs engaged in a stand-off against former Petty Officer Derrick Paulson who was holding Mickey Stokes at gunpoint. The stand-off ended when it was revealed that Stoker was the true mastermind behind the Greater Virginia Bank Robbery.
