Ruffling edges the front armholes and shoulder straps. A heart-shaped pocket, outlined with ruffling trims the dirndl skirt. In Style I, a wide ruffle trims the lower edge of the skirt. In Style II, embroidered edging is used for armhole and pocket ruffling.
