In 2009, an altered mid pickup was introduced. Additions for 2010 were the new Super Wizard HP Prestige neck, the Black Haze finish previously only available in Japan and the all new Sapphire Blue finish for the US. A similar model with a koa top was issued as the S5470K in 2010 and another one with a quilted maple top as the S5470Q in 2011. A new Dark Shadow finish was offered in 2013. The model was discontinued after the 2013 model year.
