Thadial Bokar was a male Farian operative in the 24th century Orion Syndicate. In 2375, he learned of a downturn in the influential Tigan family's mining business. With the idea of obtaining a favor from them, he approached Janel Tigan with an offer of a loan to relieve their stress. Tigan took it, as he was managing many of the day-to-day operations at the time. A month later, he called on the return of the favor by asking the company to pay a salary for one of the Syndicate member's widows, Morica Bilby. Bokar was played by actor John Paragon.
