The 2007 Sam's Town 300 was a Busch Series event held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on March 10, 2007. A rebuilt track promised better racing, and that was evident in the finish. Jeff Burton dove to the outside of Kyle Busch coming off turn four in the final lap and squeaked out the victory. Busch, trying to win at his home track, crashed his car trying to hold off Burton, but still finished 2nd. Points leader Carl Edwards was 6th and held a 68-point lead on Denny Hamlin (12th). Stats
