David Gavilan was a major of the United States Air Force. He also worked for the US National Security Agency and the private group Acquisition Technologies, where he met Lucien Cross. He was also the responsible for Project Echo Mirage. Major Gavilian disappeared in 2032. He is believed by some to be the former identity of Damien Knight. Mr. Knight made his first public appearance after the (in)famous Nanosecond Buyout in 2033, suddenly becoming a major stockholder of Ares Macrotechnology. See Damien Knight for more information.
