An Inagara clan member uses their chakra whip to create an ember when cracked. It can be used on a small scale to start a fire, or on a larger scale to cause a wide spray of heat and light to erupt from the tip. The user can also crack the whip continuously to blind an opponent and prevent them from getting an attack in. Oda uses a similar technique with his chakra spheres. By either slamming them into the ground or having them partially buried, he causes a burst of fire to erupt out.
