Lee Riko is an instance of the character Leekath originally from Alicorn's Elcenia novel Blood. She is from the Spirit universe. Lee Riko, or Shifu Riko to her students, is an earthbender living in Republic City, where she is chosen as the earthbending teacher for Beila Guxiao. The lessons proceed slowly until Riko realizes that, since she was born an airbender, Beila is not accustomed to earth bending senses. Riko is the one who meets Jun and introduces him to Beila as a prospective firebending teacher.
